PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin, which gives moisture to the skin, has using properties such as good spreadability and non-stickiness, and can impart high moisture-retaining effects to the skin. SOLUTION: This external preparation for the skins comprises the following components (A) to (D).
