PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the oil-spillage suppressing structure of a main motor for a vehicle capable of suppressing leakage of lubricating oil to the outside of a machine. SOLUTION: The main motor for the vehicle with a bearing device lubricating by supplying a bearing 13 for a rotor shaft 11 with lubricating oil is installed. A joint 2 fitted to the rotor shaft 11 is mounted at a location opposed to the bearing device. A pressure-relaxing communicating hole 20 for making spaces on the inside and on the outside of the radius of gyration of the joint 2 to communicate is formed on a surface opposed to the joint 2 including the side face of the bearing device, while partitioning a section between the joint 2 and the communicating hole 20. The pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the radius of gyration of the joint 2 is relaxed, by having the pressure-relaxing communication hole 20 connect the space in the vicinity of the bearing device for the main motor on the inside of the radius of gyration of the joint 2 that lowers the pressure by the gyration of the joint 2 and the space on the outside of the radius of gyration of the joint 2.
