PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive heat sink which is easily processed and excellent in quality stability. SOLUTION: On a side of a heat transfer plate 2, there is provided a pipe accommodating groove 22 having a groove width to enable a cooling medium pipe 3 to be inserted and accommodating the cooling medium pipe 3 so as to project a part thereof. The part of a partially projected shape of the cooling medium pipe 3 is pushed in the pipe accommodating groove 22 by a pressing process so that the cooling medium pipe 3 is deformed in a plastic state to closely attach to an inner surface of the pipe accommodating groove 22, and, thereby, the cooling medium pipe 3 is held within the pipe accommodating groove 22 in a state preventing its coming-out by coming-out preventing means 23 and 31 formed by a pressing process.
