BIDIRECTIONAL SWITCH CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional switch circuit in which a switch set in an insulating state can be maintained in the insulating state even when a positive voltage or a negative voltage is applied.

SOLUTION: The bidirectional switch circuit 30 has a first terminal to which a positive voltage or a negative voltage is applied; a first-conductivity-type first transistor connected to the first terminal and formed in a first well in a floating state; and a first-conductivity-type second transistor connected between the first transistor and a second terminal. The first and second transistors control conduction state between the first terminal and the second terminal.
