<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect risk from an electronic mail message with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In a mail inspection device 30, an information extraction part 31 extracts a mail address and a text from an electronic mail accumulated in a journal DB 22, and a text normalization part 32 normalizes the text. Next, a classification information registration part 33 generates classification information of the text based on a score obtained from a classification engine 24 and stores it in a mail management information storage part 35, and a personal information registration part 34 takes out personal information from a personal information storage part 26 based on the mail address, and stores it in the mail management information storage part 35.
