PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine maintenance diagnostic system capable of easily providing the information on the dimensions of parts in the maintenance of an engine and accurately determining whether the inspection or replacement of part is necessary or not according to the information on dimensions. SOLUTION: In this engine maintenance diagnostic system, the measured dimensional values of the thickness T1 of a crank pin metal 52, the outer diameter D1 of a crank pin 51, and the inner diameter D2 of a connecting rod large end part 52 are input by a measured dimensional value input device 1, and measured value signals MS1-MS3 indicating the measured dimensional values are transceived by a transmitter 2 and a receiver 3. The maintenance diagnostic device 4 automatically calculates the gap dimension G1 between the crank pin 51 and the crank pin metal 52 from the measured dimensional values indicated by the measured value signals received by the receiver 2, determines whether the gap dimension G1 comes within the range specified by a predetermined threshold dimension, and determines whether the maintenance of the crank pin metal 52 is required or not.
