PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a vehicle part capable of preventing the vehicle part installed in a battery from colliding with a rear vehicle part in a head-on collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This invention is the arrangement structure of the vehicle part for installing a first vehicle part 18 on a side surface of the battery 16 and adjacently arranging a second vehicle part 14 in the rear of this first vehicle part, and is a guide part 60 arranged in the rear of the first vehicle part and in front of the second vehicle part and installed in a first part. The guide part is arranged for guiding the first vehicle part so that the first vehicle part separates from the battery when the guide part abuts on the second vehicle part when the first vehicle part retreats and is going to abut on the second vehicle part when the vehicle collides.
