An electric connector capable of fixing even a small connection terminal by large locking force. Two housings (21) having a plurality of connection terminals (11) fixed are placed vertically symmetrically with their open surfaces facing each other, and a holder (31) having a lock (33) is interposed between the open surfaces of the housings (21). Further, an assembly of the housings (21) and the holder (31) is accommodated in an outer cover (41), and a bottom cover (42) is fixed to the bottom of the outer cover (41). Thus, the connection terminals (11) are rigidly prevented from moving backward and vertically by the housings (21) and the holder (31) and from moving forward by a front wall (44) of the outer cover (41).
