This invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition of a HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and ezetimibe for oral administration comprising a first component comprising HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and an alkaline earth metal salt additive; and a second component comprising granules of ezetimibe. Further, it relates to a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising ezetimibe and an alkaline earth metal salt additive.
