An apparatus for manufacturing a double-layer elbow pipe by compression is provided to compress an outside elbow pipe to an inside elbow pipe in order to prevent damage of the inside elbow pipe owing to generated heat and reduce changing cost of the double-layer elbow pipe. An apparatus for manufacturing a double-layer elbow pipe by compression comprises a main body(110), a cylinder(120), and a sectionalized mold(140). The cylinder is installed in one side of the main body. Plural springs are installed in a side of a compressing guide unit to face against each compressing piece. The sectionalized mold is divided into at least three sections.
