<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly drain water when the water has flowed in a cathode off-gas discharge pipe from the outside through an outlet, in a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell system 100 is provided with the cathode off-gas exhaust pipe 36 for exhausting a cathode off-gas exhausted from a fuel cell stack 10 to the outside, and an anode off-gas exhaust pipe 25 for exhausting an anode off-gas to the outside. On the cathode off-gas exhaust pipe 36, a water storage part 36s for storing water having flowed therein through the outlet 36o is arranged. On the anode off-gas exhaust pipe 25, a combustion part 50 for heating the water storage part 36s by burning hydrogen included in the anode off-gas. When the water level in the water storage part 36s rises above a predetermined value, the water storage part 36s is heated by the combustion part 50 to evaporate and discharge the water stored in the water storage part 36s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
