<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain nano-composite magnetic powder having high anisotropy and a high maximum energy product. <P>SOLUTION: Amorphous nano-composite magnetic material powder 1 is close-packed in a metal mold 2. In the metal mold 2, two axis directions of the side surface of the amorphous nano-composite magnetic material powder 1 are restrained by the side surface of the fixed metal mold 2, and only other one axis direction of the amorphous nano-composite magnetic material powder 1 is pressed by pressing pressure 3 from the inlet surface (the bottom surface) of the metal mold 2. In this state, since the plastic deformation of the amorphous nano-composite magnetic material powder 1 is restricted very much, dislocation (defect) is also restricted and an increase in a crystal nucleus generating site is prevented. When plastic deformation is restricted, large load can be applied in one direction to the amorphous nano-composite magnetic material powder 1. As a result, the deposit frequency of crystal 12 to a direction (pressing direction) in which internal stress is eased in the case of crystallization at the time of heating is increased drastically and anisotropy is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
