PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print data information for explanation at a conference together with an image obtained by encoding minutes data to be added to the data information.

SOLUTION: When the data information is acquired from an information processing apparatus 103 and minutes data picked up by a WEB camera 102 are received (S302), the data information is extracted from the received data information at specific timing (S303). Then the extracted data information is converted into two-dimensional encoded information (S305). Then the converted two-dimensional encoded information is printed on the corresponding page of the data information (S307).
