EVALUATION APPARATUS, PROGRAM AND EVALUATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling the quantitative grasp of a loss occurring in a treating process by identifying an unrecovered material produced in the recycling process and evaluating the value of the unrecovered material.

SOLUTION: An evaluation apparatus is provided which comprises a recycle cost calculation section 121 identifying recoverable materials and hard-to-recover materials among parts constituting a product and a lost value evaluation section 122 calculating the value of the hard-to-recover materials from the unit prices of the materials.
