<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a high mechanical stability of the total system and exploit the advantages of ceramics particularly in a visible region. <P>SOLUTION: The dental implant has an anchoring part (12, 32, 52) for anchoring within the bone and a mounting part (18, 38, 58) for receiving an element to be applied, wherein the anchoring part (12, 32, 52) and the mounting part (18, 38, 58) are integrally made of a material based on zirconia. The anchoring part (12, 32, 52) has a threaded section (14, 34, 54).
