<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission capable of lubricating efficiently the sliding surfaces of gears and sleeve with a fork and the sliding surfaces of a hub, synchronizer ring, gear piece, etc. without causing a high cost. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission 1 is structured so that the fork 8 can be shifted in the axial direction by a fork shaft 9 on the basis of the speed change motion and the synchronizer ring 6 and the gear piece 5 can be put in friction engagement so as to synchronize the rotations of a clutch hub 3 and a shift gear 4. It is equipped with an intra-shaft oil passage 91 furnished internally with the fork shaft 9, a lubricating oil supply passage 92 with one end being open inside the intra-shaft oil passage 91 and the other end being open outside the fork shaft 9, and a lubricating oil exhaust passage 93 with one end being open within the intra-shaft oil passage 91 and the other end being open in a position near the shift gear 4 and the sleeve 7. The fork 8 is furnished with an intra-fork penetrating passage 83 whose one end is open at a position confronting the lubricating oil exhaust passage 93 and other end is open at the surface 812 confronting a groove 72 formed in the sleeve 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
