PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost capacitor with a simple structure without the need to use a new material for a dielectric layer. SOLUTION: The electric circuit element which has at least a first resin layer 2 provided on a substrate 1, a first wiring layer 3 provided on the first resin layer 2, a second resin layer 4 provided on the first resin layer 2 to cover the first wiring layer 3, and a second wiring layer 5 provided on the second resin layer 4, the capacitor being composed of the first wiring layer 3 and second wiring layer 5.
