<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver capable of raising precision in control current, independent of fluctuation of an element by expanding the range of a controllable duty ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The driver comprises a first transistor B13 in which one terminal is input with a pulsating current, with the terminal connected to a control terminal, and a second transistor B14 in which at least one load is connected to one terminal, the other terminal is connected to a reference potential together with the other terminal of the first transistor B13, and a control terminal is connected to the control terminal of the first transistor B13.
