SOLUTION: Disclosed is an aluminum foil material having the average purity of≥99.9%, is characterized in that≥1% Si and≥0.1% Ca are incorporated into the surface layer within a depth of 50 nm from the surface to a thickness direction, and is produced by bringing an aluminum foil material into contact with a silicate aqueous solution comprising Ca ions, and performing annealing.
