PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable and safe skin cosmetic capable of promoting particularly turnover, developing excellent anti-aging effects and skin beautifying effects and maintaining skin healthy. SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic comprises (A) nicotinamide, (B) pyridoxine hydrochloride, and (C) one or more kinds of plant extracts selected from Zizyphi Fructus, Citrus Unshu Peel, Lonicera japonica Thunb. , Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Persicae Semen and Coicis Semen.
