PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercover support structure with sufficient mountability. SOLUTION: A recess 6 as a part to be supported is concavely formed on a dash insulator 5. On a vehicle front side of an acoustic plate part 13, a dash insulator side end part 14 is formed, which is pressed into the recess 6 provided on the dash insulator 5. On the dash insulator side end part 14, vertical rib parts 16 are formed having a flat plate shape erected while directing inner/outer face direction from the acoustic plate part 13 of the undercover member 12 extended in a horizontal direction toward a vehicle width direction and having a distal end R at a front end edge. On at least any one of side surfaces of the respective upper and lower side surfaces of the acoustic plate part 13, reinforcement rib parts 17 for connecting the vertical rib parts 16, 16 are provided.
