PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior trim part without maximally imparting reaction force to an occupant, even when a strong load is applied to a vehicle trim from the occupant by a side collision. SOLUTION: This vehicular interior trim part has an armrest part 3 projected to the cabin side, a box body 6 arranged in the armrest part 3, and a lid 5 opening-closing in an upper part of the box body 6, and has slits 8a and 8b rupturing a fragile part when the load is applied from the vehicle side to the armrest part 3 by linearly arranging the fragile part getting fragile on an outer peripheral surface of the box body 6, a box body engaging part 19 arranged in the upper part of the box body 6 and openably-closably engaging the lid 6, and a lid engaging part 18 arranged so as to correspond to the box body engaging part 19 and releasing an engaging state of the box body engaging part 19 when the load is applied from the vehicle direction to the armrest part 3.
