PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to visually confirm whether the wiping out face of the wiping out member received in the receiving portion of a case is a stained face with sticking oily ink waste or a clean face from outside to prevent characters and figures drawn on a whiteboard from not being erased due to the stain of the wiping out face while erasing the same. SOLUTION: Window portions by which the wiping out face of the wiping out member can be visually confirmed are formed by forming a part of or whole a case storing the wiping out member with a transparent or translucent synthetic resin or by through-holes passing through between the inside and outside of the case by which fingers do not touch the wiping out face covered by the case of the wiping out member stored in the storing portion of the case from outside.
