PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid injection apparatus which can scrape off deposits on the peripheral surface of a chemical liquid injection passage with a scraping tool without operating a switching means even during injection of the chemical liquid and can charge the chemical liquid to a fluid in a pipe without operating the switching means after scraping off the deposits. SOLUTION: The chemical liquid injection apparatus is provided with the switching means 7 equipped with a valve body 6 operational freely from the outside for switching a state of communicating with the chemical charging passage and a feeding pipe connecting passage 3 by a rotating operation around an approximate concentricity to the axis X of a chemical liquid injection passage 2 and a state of closing the communication of the chemical liquid injection passage with the feeding pipe connecting passage. A scraping tool inserting passage 5 is installed at a position of pinching the valve body with the chemical liquid injection passage concentrically to the chemical liquid injection passage, a penetrating opening 22 through which the scraping tool 4 moves freely over a scraping tool inserting passage and the chemical liquid injection passage is formed to the valve body concentrically with rotation axis, and a seal part 24 closing a gap between the scraping tool and the scraping tool inserting passage is installed.
