PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a muscular-strength assisting gear, improve disadvantages such as costs and difficulties in use, improve the ease of use, improve appearance with avoiding increase of the bulk through a combination of sheet objects, attain a compact constitution, realize a reasonable price without imposing a burden of costs and prevent a stumble at walking and a knee bend at standing up from a stool. SOLUTION: The muscular-strength assisting gear comprises a stretching/contracting belt consisting of a long and muscular-strength assisting sheet. The belt is expanded-provided between the pelvis to an ankle supporter. The upper end is attachably/detachably put on a pelvis belt. The lower end is put on the front end of the supporter fit in the heel. Thereby the assisting gear prevents the stumble at walking and the knee bend at standing, providing user-friendliness and the excellent appearance in wear and reducing the manufacturing costs.
