An information processor comprises master cores being programmable arithmetic units, slave cores being peripheral devices of the master cores, slave adapters respectively connected to the slave cores, and a mutual connection network connecting the master cores and the slave adapters through router nodes. A slave adapter compares a first access request transmitted by a first master core out of the master cores with a second access request transmitted by a second master core other than the first master core out of the master cores on the basis of a request from the first master core and a request from the second master core. When the first access request coincides with the second access request, the slave adapter transmits the first access request or the second access request to the slave core connected to the slave adapter.
