The present invention belongs to communication technical field and discloses a service link switchover method and system. The method includes: applying for the service processing resources of the second service processing unit; sending a service link set-up message to the second service processing unit, and the message contains the link address information of the first and second service node so the second service processing unit can bind the link addresses of the first and second service node; receiving the response message from the second service processing unit and sending link switchover indication message to the first and second service node, so the first and second service node can switch the link connection to the second service processing unit. The invention has the effect that the efficiency of the rolling upgrade is improved and the service interruption is avoided when the units of the same resource pool are performing rolling upgrade. |
