A water providing system for washing oral cavity is provided, in which filter exchange is unnecessary and which has a simple structure. A water providing system for washing oral cavity comprises: an auxiliary water tank(61) in which water purified in a water purifier(50) flows and which is equipped with a ball top adjusting the water level; a main water tank(63) equipped with a ball top adjusting the water level; a pump(64) transferring the water stored in the auxiliary water tank to the main water tank; an air compressor(67) providing pressure inside the main water tank to transfer the water stored in the main water tank to the piping connected to the dental equipment; and a control panel(66) controlling the drive of air compressor and the pump.
