A zinc coated steel sheet having superior property of protection against heat and a method thereof are provided to improve heat shielding by performing specific processes on one side or both sides of the steel sheet. A primer treatment composition includes silane coupling agents of 0.5~5 parts by weight, a metal silicate compound of 1~5 parts by weight, a titanium compound of 2~6 parts by weight, and remnants about the whole primer treatment composition part. The steel sheet is selected from a galvanizing steel sheet, a galvannealed steel sheet, and an electrogalvanized steel sheet.
