<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily display a screen with an arbitrary screen size or display position using a plurality of display units in a multi-monitor system. <P>SOLUTION: A screen display system 1 includes a terminal 2 having a preset screen display format, and the plurality of display units (monitors 3, 4, 5) for simultaneously displaying a plurality of screens based on a mode set on the above terminal 2. To the terminal 2, the modes for displaying with screen sizes including the screens of the monitors 3, 4, 5 are settable. The terminal 2 can modify the display screen sizes of the monitors 3, 4, 5. The terminal 2 can move the display screen of at least one monitor to another monitor.
