<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade structure integrated with a plurality of blades which can be formed by an easy and rapid method by press working or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A flat sheet is stamped into a first shape including: a plurality of the blades 12, a first connecting section 14 connecting the blades, a second connecting section 16 connecting the blades on a radial center side compared to the first connecting section, and a holding section holding the second connecting section on the radial center side compared to the second connecting part. Then, the blades are bent into a curved shape between the first connecting section and the second connecting section. The curved blades are tilted to have a predetermined angle with respect to the first connecting section and the second connecting section. Then, the holding section is displaced to a perpendicular direction of the flat sheet, and a distance among the plurality of the blades is varied, and the first shape is shrunk in the radial direction.
