<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefying recovery method for a chemical agent and a liquefying recovery device for the chemical agent, recovering effectively the chemical agent. <P>SOLUTION: A polymer compound is kneaded with the chemical agent to react, the chemical agent is separated under a gaseous state from the polymer compound after reaction, the gaseous chemical agent is fed into a condenser 104 by a vacuum pump 103, the gaseous chemical agent is liquefied in the condenser 104, and the gaseous chemical agent not liquefied in the condenser 104 is returned to the vacuum pump 103 to be fed again to the condenser 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
