PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute image evaluation including the detection of a linear noise without providing any image as a reference for inclination correction. SOLUTION: This image evaluation device acquires image data showing an image to be evaluated (S1). The image to be evaluated is provided with a side formed at an angle determined to a sheet. It is desired that there are several sides. The image evaluation device specifies the sides from the acquired image data (S4), and calculates the inclination of the side (S5). Afterwards, the image evaluation device corrects the inclination of the image data based on the calculated inclination (S6), and calculates an evaluation value showing the evaluation result of the image (S7).
