PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the effect of safe driving education for prevention of accidents. SOLUTION: In accordance with a driving scenario, a simulator control section 30 displays on a display section 32 virtual surroundings of a vehicle during trainee's driving simulation. A situation-behavior-error storage section 18 stores, in advance, information indicating each of driver's driving behavior and the surroundings of the vehicle in the case of an accident for each accident pattern. An error estimating section 16 determines, on the basis of the trainee's driving behavior and the surroundings of the vehicle, whether the trainee's driving behavior is wrong or not. When the trainee's driving behavior is wrong, a situation-behavior-error comparing section 22 extracts an accident pattern wherein the trainee's driving behavior and the surroundings of the vehicle when the trainee performs wrong driving behavior coincide with the driving behavior and the surroundings of the vehicle stored in an accident database 20. The simulator control section 30 switches the driving scenario from a normal driving scenario to a driving scenario for the accident pattern, and displays the virtual surroundings of the vehicle on the display section 32.
