PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a higher degree of freedom in construction by simplifying the positioning of both top plates when connected to each other while avoiding the appearance view of a clearance between connection portions. SOLUTION: A cross side end 1bS of the top plate 1b of a sub storage unit B and a longitudinal side end 1aL of the top plate 1a of a main storage unit A are connected and fixed abutting on each other using a connecting member 10. The connecting member 10 has a cutout 13 on one cross side 11c of a rectangle plate body 11 and a vertical piece 14 on the other cross side 11d. An end face 13a of the cutout 13 and an end face 14a of the vertical piece 14 abut on the longitudinal side end 1aL of the top plate 1a, whereby the connecting member 10 and the top plate 1a can be easily positioned to be fixed to each other with a wood screw 7a while holding such a positioned relationship. Then, the other top plate 1b abutting on the top plate 1a is fixed to the connecting member 10 with a wood screw 7b to complete a top plate connecting structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
