PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump capable of reducing vibration with a simple structure under a restriction that a synthetic resin housing need to be used without dropping flow rate in diaphragm pumps forming a pump chamber between vibrating diaphragm and the housing, provided with a suction side liquid reservoir chamber communicating to a suction port and a delivery side liquid reservoir chamber communicating with a delivery port at eccentric symmetric positions with respect to a flat surface center of a diaphragm in a housing, provided with a suction side check valve allowing flow of fluid from the suction side liquid chamber to the pump chamber between the suction side liquid reservoir chamber and the pump chamber, and provided with a delivery side check valve allowing flow of fluid from the pump chamber to the delivery side liquid reservoir chamber between the delivery side liquid reservoir chamber and the pump chamber. SOLUTION: In the diaphragm pump, a pair of opening parts communicating with the suction side liquid reservoir chamber and the delivery side liquid reservoir chamber respectively at opposite sides of the suction side check valve and the delivery side check valve are formed at the housing, and the pair of the opening parts are blocked by vibration reduction plate formed out of metal thin plate elastically deformed by pressure in the suction side liquid reservoir chamber and the delivery side liquid reservoir chamber.
