PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hinge with a thermoelement, which is for use in opening/closing a ventilation hole in a ventilation device, wherein the hinge has a simple structure, and has imparted thereto both opening adjusting function and fireproofing function. SOLUTION: The hinge 10 with the thermoelement is set up by rotatably driving one 11 of hinge members rotatably supported on a shaft, with respect to the other one 12. The hinge is composed of: a rod member 21 which is reciprocatively held in a cylindrical holder 25 arranged in the other hinge member, and carries out advancing-retreating motion in conjunction with transmission of motion of a piston 22 of the thermoelement 20; and an abutting portion 30 which is arranged on the one hinge member.
