PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound body of excellent appearance wound spirally with a long object reducing separation of a mold release sheet layered on an inner circumferential face of the long object, and covering surely a self-adhesive layer of the long object by the mold release sheet, to prevent self-adhesiveness of the self-adhesive layer from getting low. SOLUTION: This wound body A of the present invention is a wound body wound spirally with the long object 1, the self-adhesive layer 2 is integrated on the inner circumferential face of the long object 1 over the full length thereof, the long mold release sheet 3 having 50-100μm thickness is separably laminated on the self-adhesive layer 2, and 180°release separation force of the mold release sheet measured under a condition of 0.3 m/3 min. is 0.4-1.0 N/50 mm, in the wound body.
