PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element molding apparatus capable of molding a high precision optical element with a lens barrel. SOLUTION: The lens molding apparatus 10 comprises a fixed mold 11 whereon a lens barrel 2 to fix the optical element 1 is placed; a movable mold 12 to mold a holder optical element 5 to fix the optical element 1 and the lens barrel 2 by pressing a glass preform 16; and a barrel mold 13 which fits the fixed mold 11 and the lens barrel 2 with respect to the barrel-shaped inner peripheral surface and guides sliding of the removable mold 12, when molding.
