PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dispersion of contamination from a cushion material, thread breakage of quilting work, and tension due to shrinkage of a fabric and a sewing thread, reduce a labor of sewing, have an outer surface bag capable of separating and exchanging an inner material pack storing the cushion material, and use the inner material pack for a long time or reuse it. SOLUTION: The inner material pack 21 includes an inner surface bag 22 and a cotton cushion material, and a surface bag connection cloth 30 is connected to the outer edge of the inner material pack 21 by a connection sewing part 31. The outer tick bag 25 for storing the inner material pack 21 consists of a back surface 26 and a front surface 27, and is connected to the tick bag connection cloth 30 having an outer edge connected to the outer edge of the inner material pack 21, by a bag sewing part 28, and opening part 29 is provided in one piece of the outer circumference.
