PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, while an electrocardiographic monitor is often attached to a subject when executing a blood vessel imaging inspection and an operator looks at a perspective image displayed on a monitor and advances the inspection while confirming whether or not the heart rate of the subject is abnormal by electronic sound generated by the electrocradiographic monitor, the operator easily misses alarm sound issued by an alarm sound generator and easily overlooks an alarm message displayed at a different display device, and there is the risk that from which apparatus the alarm sound is can not be instantaneously discriminated since even some inspection apparatuses other than an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus emit the alarm sound. SOLUTION: A vibration generating mechanism 12 is attached inside the case body 13 of an operation part 18 wherein an operator 15 operates the movement of a holding apparatus holding an X-ray tube 1 and an X-ray reception part by a grip 11 or a lever 14, and vibrations generated by the vibration generating mechanism 12 are reported to the operator 15 as an alarm.
