A release sheet which comprises a base and a resin layer formed thereon. The resin layer comprises: 100 parts by mass of an acid-modified polyolefin resin having an acid-modified component content of 1-10 mass%; and 1-50 parts by mass of a crosslinking agent and/or 5-1,000 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol. The crosslinking agent is constituted of a carbodiimide compound and/or an oxazoline compound.
