The system has a signal reception device (S1,S2,S3) and the communication between the signal reception device and the control center (K) takes place by electric near field communication. The signal reception device detects a unit provided about the identification carrier (IT). The control center recognizes the position of the identification carrier by the predetermined position of the signal reception device. The Radio frequency identification (RFID)process detects the identification carrier and readout the information stored in the identification carrier.
