The bar has shafts ends (1, 2) connected with one another, and an electro-mechanical oscillating motor provided for driving a speed reduction gear, where the shaft ends are rotatable relative to each other through the reduction gear. The reduction gear is designed as planetary roller threaded gear, which has a rotationally driven nut (5) and a translationally movable spindle (6). One of the shaft ends is connected with the spindle over a gear device (7), which converts the translational movement of the spindle to a rotary movement of the ends.
