A fuel door cap structure in a vehicle is provided to prevent fire due to leakage of fuel caused by non-coupling of a fuel door cap. A fuel door cap structure in a vehicle comprises a fuel injection pipe, an injection port connected to the fuel injection pipe; and a fuel door cap(1) joined through a screw to the fuel injection pipe. The fuel door cap comprises a cylindrical body. A fuel injection port is formed along the length of the body. A protrusion with diameter larger than the body is formed on the lower part of the body.
