<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of allowing an unspecified acquaintance to easily confirm the safety of a disaster victim even when the disaster victim does not carry a portable communication terminal, while protecting the privacy of the disaster victim. <P>SOLUTION: When personal management data YMD of the disasster victim, which is acquired by an external data collection terminal 300, is received, the data processor 100 holds the personal management data YMD by each disaster victim. When personal retrieval data YSD is received from a network connection terminal 200 for browsing a web site WS via the Internet IN in the above state, the personal management data YMD is retrieved through the use of the personal retrieval data YSD.
