<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt coat rubber composition as a coat rubber forming material used for bonding a cover rubber and a canvas together and/or the canvas mutually and reduced appropriately in its adhesiveness for facilitating an endless belt manufacturing process, wherein end parts of a conveyor belt constructed of the canvas and the cover rubber stuck to each other are bonded together, while improving adhesive durability between the cover rubber and the canvas or the canvas mutually in comparison with a composition reducing peeling force by increase in a calcium carbonate content. <P>SOLUTION: The coat rubber composition for the conveyor belt is a rubber composition prepared by mixing carbon black and calcium carbonate as filler with diene rubber. In this composition, blend rubber consisting of 82.5-52.5 mass% of diene rubber and 17.5-47.5 mass% of a rubber content in reclaimed rubber is used, and 10-85 pts.mass of calcium carbonate is included per 100 pts.mass of the blend rubber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
