<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor which can achieve high-precision coaxiality between the stator and the output shaft under a state where the stator is being separated from the output shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic motor 1 includes a stator 10 having a member 13 for supporting an electromechanical energy conversion element, an outer tube 30 covering the stator 10 under a state where the supporting member 13 is being fixed thereto, a rotor 20 to be driven with vibration excited in the vibrating body of the stator 10, and an output shaft 24 which is rotary driven with the diving force of the rotor 20. The supporting member 13 has a portion 13a engaging with the output shaft 24 wherein the engaging portion 13a is deformable in the axial direction of the output shaft 24 and is disengaged from the output shaft 24 after deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
