PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain people other than a worker from releasing a lock easily without increasing work burden of the worker. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program that includes a step (S104), in which a record of operations is stored when an IG is turned on (YES at S100) and an operation signal is received from an air conditioner ECU or an audio ECU (YES at S102); a step (S106), in which a pattern matching process is performed; and a step (S110), in which an interlock releasing process is performed when the receipt of a release signal is determined (YES at S108).
