PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus in which it is guaranteed to utilize a communication device, in a time band for recording or playback by reserving data transmission for the communication device which transmits data. SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 100 transmits a data transmission reservation request to a communication device 200 which transmits data, receives approval/rejection information, with respect to the data transmission reservation request which is transmitted from the communication device 100; transmits a data transmission request to the communication device 100, when starting recording the data, when the received approval/rejection information indicates approval; and receives the transmitted data and records them in a storage unit or plays them back on a display unit. Furthermore, when the received approval/rejection information indicates rejection, the communication apparatus transmits the data transmission reservation request to other communication devices that transmit data.
